Club Commission Program

The club commission program allows ARRL Affiliated Clubs
to retain a portion of the ARRL dues from each new member
or renewal that the club submits.

Under the ARRL Club Commission Membership Recruitment Program, clubs
retain $15 for each NEW membership and $2 for each renewal submitted
(regular and senior memberships only).

A NEW MEMBER is defined as any individual who has never been a member of ARRL or any individual who has not retained a membership for two or more calendar years prior to the application submission.

The details and forms can be found on the web at the ARRL Club
Companion page:

Are you looking for that first start up radio?

Well, do I have a deal for you! The 2nd annual CCARC Tailgate

Special Recognition for Clubs

The ARRL is especially proud of our affiliated clubs that excel in their activities. Clubs that go the extra mile to provide on-going training and support for the benefit of their community, fall into our Special Service Club category. These extraordinary groups actively pursue all aspects of Amateur Radio: New Ham Development and Training; Public Relations; Emergency Communications; School Club Support; Technical Advancement; Operating Activities; Annual Reports, and more.

In addition to all benefits afforded our affiliated clubs, Special Service Clubs also receive the following additional benefits:

  1. Lists & labels of newly licensed amateurs in your area
  2. Eligible to appoint local Awards Managers
  3. May display SSC logos on club stationery, web pages, and club signs.

You can locate the Special Service Club(s) in your area using the web site at http://www.arrl.org/field/club/biglist.html. After plugging in your section, check the block next to "List SSCs Only" and click on the "Show Clubs" button below.

If you'd like to join this exemplary group, an application is available at http://www.arrl.org/field/club/forms/fsd7/index.html.

How to submit an update for your club records

To submit your club's annual report, simply locate your club in the database using the Web Club Search page. Once you've located your club there, click on the club name to get to the detail page for your club. At the bottom of that page is a link you can click to update the detailed data. Submitting that update constitutes your annual report. Note, though, that you can submit an update whenever you need to.
